Your tasks
- Quality assurance in series production
- Active participation in the planning, monitoring and assurance of quality processes
- Creation of QA documents and involvement in the release of products
- Contributing to the further development of Q processes and the CAQ system
- Timely processing of complaints, including communication with the customer
- Carrying out root cause analysis and defining corrective actions together with the originator
- Responsibility for carrying out the necessary effectiveness tests and implementing lessons learned
Your profile
- Engineer (m/f/d) or technician training or completed technical vocational training with corresponding further training in the quality area
- At least five years of professional experience in quality assurance, preferably in a medium-sized industrial company and ideally in the electrical engineering industry in the automotive supplier environment
- Experienced in dealing with customers, especially in coordinating complaints
- Good knowledge of quality assurance in relation to the automotive industry (IATF 16949, VDA, AIAG)
- Hands-on mentality
- Understanding of metrology, ideally experience in the field of metrology
- Confident handling of VDA core tools and CQI standards
- Very good written and spoken English skills
