Your Responsibilities
- Operation and maintenance of our production lines and machinery
- Independently analyzing complex errors and malfunctions on fully automated production lines, troubleshooting, and documenting findings
- Responsibility for quality and output
- Assistance in preparing production-related documents such as work instructions and maintenance schedules
- Assisting with the commissioning of new production equipment and implementing corresponding improvement measures
- Assuming the role of shift supervisor after training
Your Profile
- Completed training as a mechatronics technician or industrial mechanic
- At least two years of professional experience in the field of mass production (ideally: manufacturing of magnetic coils and stators with a focus on winding and resistance welding) as well as maintenance
- Willingness to work shifts
- A structured, analytical approach to work
- Experience in control systems is a plus
- Experience as a shift supervisor would be desirable
