Your tasks
- Supporting the setters in rectifying faults on production systems in the electrical area
- Independent problem analysis of complex faults and malfunctions, troubleshooting and documentation
- Assisting with the installation and commissioning of new production systems and process improvements
- Assisting with the creation and implementation of maintenance and preventive maintenance concepts
- Assuming responsibility as a divisional electrical specialist for the areas of manufacturing and production systems and DGUV V3 (stationary and mobile) with the following responsibilities
- Selecting and ensuring the availability of qualified electricians for the upcoming work, in particular for "live working" in accordance with DGUV regulations
- Commissioning of switching operations / appointment of authorized switchers
- Organization and implementation of necessary instructions
- Creating risk assessments in collaboration with external safety experts
- Checking the relevant electrical repair work carried out
- Representation of the electrical specialist for energy and building technology
Your profile
- Electrical engineering training with further training as a technician, master craftsman (m/f/d) or a corresponding degree
- 3-5 years of professional experience in maintenance, preferably in the automotive supplier sector
- Experience as an electrical specialist with divisional responsibility (B-VEFK)
- Structured, analytical way of working
- Experience with QM system IATF 16949 is an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office
