Your tasks
- Technical and disciplinary personnel responsibility for production employees and setters/maintenance staff
- Compliance with occupational safety and accident prevention regulations
- Planning and implementation of employee training
- Optimal personnel deployment planning (shift operation), shift and vacation planning
- Management, development and motivation of subordinate employees
- Responsible for creating and complying with work instructions, rules and specifications
- Coordination of production/delivery quantities with other departments and, if necessary, the sales department
- Collaboration in internal and external audits, processing of measures
- Initiating measures for 5S, participating in 5S audits
- Conducting personnel interviews / recruitment interviews, assessment interviews
- Planning and optimization of maintenance plans/maintenance processes
- Technical support for technical problems
Your profile
- Industrial foreman or technician training or comparable skills acquired through practical experience following skilled worker training
- At least two years' experience in the manufacturing sector in a comparable position, ideally in the automotive supply industry
- Experience in the maintenance / servicing of machines and systems
- Knowledge of an ERP/PPS system desirable
- Familiarity with Office 365
- Communication skills / assertiveness
- Experience with quality processes according to DIN ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3
- Structured, results-oriented way of working
- Initiative and ability to work in a team
- Hands on mentality
- Good knowledge of Excel
