Machinery
Our machinery is modern and our production processes undergo continuous improvement processes. Optical inspection systems ensure consistently high quality - a collaborative system enables fast reactions and direct communication with customers.
Production logistics
Driverless transport systems equip our production lines and ensure that everything runs smoothly, allowing even large quantities to be produced in a relatively short time. Production peaks in-house or at the customer's premises can be reduced very quickly thanks to intelligent production processes and short changeover times.
Cleanroom, cleanliness laboratory, safety
We have the possibility to manufacture under cleanroom conditions. In addition, we have our own cleanroom laboratory in which we carry out fast, efficient and targeted analyses.
System technology
We make no compromises when it comes to quality. Each of our fully automated production lines is equipped with a video monitoring system that our in-house experts have helped to develop and continuously improve. We use a reference procedure to inspect and mark each product - this special method allows us to trace the production chain and verify flawless performance at all times. We even go one step further: specific testing and measuring equipment, which is procured in close consultation with our customers, even enables individual testing.
3D printing process
We use the 3D printing process to develop innovative and customized solutions for our internal requirements. We use this manufacturing process specifically in the areas of maintenance, systems and production processes, development and measurement technology to ensure efficient processes and high-quality results for our customers.
